Are the products ready to ship?

Some of them are. All pieces are handmade — some are ready to ship, while most are made to order after payment confirmation.


What is the production time?

The production time is up to 25 business days, and orders may be completed earlier whenever possible.


If I purchase more than one item, does the production time increase?

No.
The production time refers to the order as a whole, not to the sum of production times per item, regardless of the number of products purchased.


Why isn’t the production time calculated per product?

Because the pieces are organized in a production queue and made in stages.
This allows for better efficiency in the handmade process and ensures the final quality of each piece.


Do large orders take longer?

Very large orders or highly customized pieces may require an adjusted production time.
If that happens, the customer will be notified before production begins.


Can I receive my order before the estimated production time?

Yes! Whenever possible, orders are completed before the maximum production time.
The stated timeframe exists to ensure organization and care at every stage of the process.


When does the shipping time start?

The shipping time starts after the production is completed, and is added to the delivery time of the shipping carrier selected at checkout.
The total order time corresponds to the production time + the carrier’s delivery time.
